Hourly rate between 45-55 euros, depending on design tasks level.

Sketches 2500 €

• Sketches (siteplan, floorplan, elevations and visualization) (this material could be used for example to ask for bids from ”house catalogue” companies)

Building permit documents 3500 €

• Sketches (visualization), building permit drawings, energy report, ”working drawings” (architectural), meetings with city building permit officials and assistance in filling out the permit applications

Complete building drawing set 5000 €

• In addition to the previous phases also door and window drawings, sketches on kitchen and bathroom furniture (fixed furnitures) and interior design/consultation.

Tasks of a leading designer 500 € + travel expenses in Oulu region. (Projects outside Oulu region will be priced individually)
